Aloft on Giant Kites * Barbecue Supper ★ Evening Dance * Ice-
landic Play “Loftur the Magician” (in English).
SUNDAY, AUGUST 5th
Pancake Breakfast ★ 5 and 10-mile Road Race ★ Sports Car Racing
10 speed Bicycle Races * Beer Garden ★ Musical Entertainment
Fine Arts Display ★ Bingo Games ★ Goldeye Supper ★ Repeat Per-
formance of Play * Hootenanny * Fireworks * Midnite Dance.
MONDAY, AUGUST 6th
Parade ★ Beer Garden * Fine Arts Display * Music and Poetry Show
Childrens and Special Event Races A Trip to Iceland Raffle,
Traditional Festival Program, speeches and song * Community Sing-
ing and Entertainment ★ Old Time Dance.
Additional Attractions: gymnastic displays, pottery displays, archery dis-
play, kite-making display, Kiddies’ paint-in, Horse show at Happy Acres
Farm, Icelandic food sales and bulk food sales. Meals at Air Base. Joy-
land Rides for kiddies throughout weekend.
