The league, divided into two div-

a total of nine teams of boys and
girls ages 8 to 16. Many of the
games were "cliff hangers," decided
in the final seconds by a single
field goal or free throw.
The Major League, consisting of
four teams of boys and girls aged 12
to 16, played a 16 game schedule and
required a "sudden death" playoff
game to determine the second and
third place teams. The first place

76'ers), coached by E. Barrett, was
led in scoring by John King and Doug

for an overall score of 539 points.
The third place Hulks, coached by C.
Sanchez, actually amassed the most
overall team points with 575, and
also hosted the highest scorer in
the league, with Kenneth Dixon hit-
ting 139 field goals and 24 free
throws for 302 individual points.
Jamie Scarborough, Runar Einarsson,
Kevin Jennings, Bill McLard, Jeff
Twitchell, Steve Demott, and Christ-
ine Allen all contributed to the
team's overall score. Coach J. Dut-
ton's Blazers, in rounding out the
league, were led by Jeff Hiland's
151 points, assisted by Scott White
with 109, and Robert Berg, Darryl
Brown, Alan Scarborogh, David Sears,
Mike Boyd, and Tori Fawcett all con-
tributing to the team's overall tot-
al of 422 points scored.
The Minor league, made up of five
teams of boys and girls aged 8
through 11 years, also played a 16
game schedule. The Blue Devils,
coached by M. Mule, took first

field goals and 49 free throws for a
total of 287 points. Shawn Mule,
Dana Mule, Jerry York, Jason Lampe,
William Bowler, Chris Fierro, and
Chris Kutzli all contributed to the
overall total of 391 points for the
team. Second place Flaming Star,
coached by C. Gaffney, was paced by

free throws for 196, with Scott Gir-
are, Thomas Riley, Gregory Clinard,

ard, James Bowler, Lance Lampe,

Porter, Todd Ryan, Mark Bready, Paul
Fawcett, Sean Alcorn, Kevin Adams,

was coach D. Schultz's Green Mach-

points. Jason Clinard, John Dames,
Glenn Bonesteel, Adam Hanor, Lee
