The setting for the Dragon-scouts is
the urban area, daily life in cities and
towns.They learn about their closest
environment, dangers in everyday life
and the correct reactions.The focus
is on the adventure, being helpful
and cheerful as well as respectful of
nature.

The unexplored. The setting for the
Falcon-scouts is the lowland and
the camp.The yearning for adventure
is vented further as new areas are
explored.The focus of the tasks is
on the outdoors and togetherness,
group work, co-operation and
physical activity.
COVRT-SCOVTS, 13-16 TEftRS 01D.
Being together. The setting for the
Court-scouts is the heath and the first
steps are taken towards mountaineering.
Independence increases and the tasks
become more challenging.There are
hikes, treasure hunts, cooking outside,
and initial mountaineering - in a peer
group that marks the path together.

Hike up the newest volcano on the island. Feel
the heat at the top, and you could even heat
your sandwiches here. Enjoy the spectacular
view over the recently formed lava field, as well
as the view of the glacier Eyjafjallafjökull in the
distance.
This is a moderately challenging hike, and
participants must have an appropriate level of
fitness and be properly equipped. The night
before departure, participants will meet their
tribe advisor and guide for a briefing on the
hike plan and an inspection of their equipment.
