DEAR PASSENGER For your added comfort and safety we would like to bring a few points to your attention. First of all we ask you to listen carefully to the safety instructions provided by the crew and take a look at the printed safety card in your seat pocket. Please fasten your seat belt securely during take-off and landing, and close the folding table in front of you. We recommend that you keep your seat belt fastened throughout the flight. FOR YOUR COMFORT For added comfort we offer our passengers pillows and blankets on all flights. On intercontinental flights, Business Class passengers receive a travel kit con- taining slumber shades, socks, earplugs and several other amenities for in-flight comfort. Above each seat is a reading light switch, and a call button for use if there is anything you require. Ear blockage may be experienced during take-off and landing.Yawning or swallowing usually remedies it.We also carry a small sup- ply of medicines on-board, which may help with minor ailments. CABIN BAGGAGE Cabin baggage should be placed under the seat or stored in the overhead compartments. Please be careful when you open the compartments during or after the flight as the luggage may have shifted. For safety and comfort, weight should not exceed 6 kg (13 lb) and the dimensions for each piece should not exceed 55x35x25 cm or total 115 cm (21x14x10 in or total 45 in).Due to lim- ited space in the cabin we might need to store a part of the cabin baggage in the luggage compartment.
