ICELAND a A T L A N T I C A 49 Take your own two-step back in time and head to one of Iceland’s round-ups, or réttir, this September, when the country’s horses and sheep that have been cavorting freely in the mountains all summer are collected and separated according to farmer. The system has changed little since Iceland’s settlement, and there’s usually a fair amount of booze being passed around.
