Iceland is so popular right now that we have to
double the capacity of the baggage handling
system at the airport.
Therefore, we advise everyone who has a flight
from Keflavik International Airport to get an early
start. Avoid long lines and have more time to
enjoy our unique shops, restaurants and our
tax- and duty-free prices. Check-in opens at
4:30 am.
Scheduled morning buses from Reykjavik run from
4 am. Hotel pick-up at 3:30 am when pre-ordered.
You can also save time by checking in online or
use the self-check-in kiosks at the airport, if you
are travelling with Icelandair.
