fied recognition.
Sometimes the solidarity of small
nations, especially if they act together, can
make a difference - prodding the larger
beasts, reluctantly, to move in the right direc-
tion. And in the globalized world of the next
millennium, with its networking beyond bor-
ders and artificial barriers of any kind, the
opportunities of the mind to prevail over mere
matter, promises to become even greater! And
small nations, believe me, can think just as
big as their larger neighbours.
