We are very fortunate to
have Pauline Martin per-
forming at the Festival this
year. Pauline studied piano
with Gordon Macpherson at
Brandon where she was the
recipient of many awards
and prizes. She later studied
at the University of Western
Ontario Camaniana Bratuz.
Then she went to the
University of Indiana where
she completed her bachelor
of music and Master of
music degrees in piano
performance. Pauline spent
a year on the faculty of the
Eastern Mennonite College
in Harrisonburg, Virginia,
and is now enrolled in the
Doctor of Music program at
the University of Michigan.
As well as continuing her
studies here, she is working
as an assistant piano in-
structor. She will perform at
1:15 on Monday the 4th and
again for the traditional
program.
