For Now I Am Harpa
Ólafur Arnalds
A Dazzling Duo
Páll Óskar & Monika
Riding the wave of success from this year’s release ‘For Now I
Am Winter,’ Ólafur Arnalds will fill the room with his delicate mix
of classic piano, modern electronica and orchestral magic. He is
sure to throw in some tunes from his Kiasmos collaboration with
musician Janus Rassmussen, and will maybe even show off a few
songs from ‘The Hunger Games’ film. Whether you are a fan of
his earlier work, or just Ólafur-curious, you’ll want to catch him at
Harpa where he shines his brightest. MC

The national treasure collectively known as Páll Óskar has been
in the spotlight for the last two decades, releasing seven studio
albums, and performing a memorable hit in the ’97 Eurovision
Song Contest. On top of that, he's a relentless advocate for
LGBTQI rights domestically and internationally. Go Palli! For your
pleasure he joins harpist Monika Abendroth for four shows at
Café Flora. Páll and Monica have collaborated for more than a
decade and promise to play all their fans favourites. MC
