You will build and deploy AI-driven solutions from the ground up and engi-
neer innovative solutions to complex problems across all areas of the busi-
ness. You have experience using a variety of deep learning and data
analysis methods and tools to build and implement models, create algo-
rithms and run simulations. Preferably you have a Master’s or PhD in
Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
Artificial Intelligence
You have a passion for developing actionable insights from vast amounts
of data - insights that will help us make smarter decisions and improve
our products and services. You have an excellent command of various
data mining tools and techniques, statistical analysis and building high
quality prediction systems and a proven ability to translate your work
into business impact. Preferably you have a Master’s or PHD in Statistics,
Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.

You will play a lead role in driving the growth of a true scale-up company and
anchoring SidekickHealth with leading global pharmaceutical and insurance
companies, shaping new corporate relationships and accelerating revenue.
You have meaningful business development experience, ideally within B2B
and healthcare and you know how to communicate with our senior level
customers and prospects. You have strong interpersonal skills and an
outstanding analytical- and problem-solving acumen.
Business Development
You will lead SidekickHealth’s marketing efforts, including lead generation
through content creation, blogging and the overall management of our
digital channels. You are an expert on social media analytics, understand the
nuances, advantages and shortcomings of different social media platforms
and know how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy. You will
work closely with our digital therapy content creators to develop world-class
treatment-specific content and you know how to leverage and work with
global PR agencies to cost-effectively amplify our messaging. You have proven
work experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare.
Marketing
You will oversee our office- and administrative operations, including payroll,
customer invoicing, bill payment and maintaining document organization.
You will liaise with and manage our accounting partners to ensure accurate
and timely completion of financial statements and otherwise support your
colleagues on a variety of tasks. In addition to outstanding organizational
and time management skills, you have an accounting background and work
experience as an Office Manager (or similar role).
Office Management
You will work closely with our global customers and internal teams to adapt
and implement SidekickHealth’s digital treatment platform for specific
treatment areas and geographies. You will manage implementation projects
end-to-end, often in a complex stakeholder environment and you will need
to quickly grasp how Sidekick’s therapeutic content creation, app function-
ality and coaching combines to provide world-class treatment programs. You
have a demonstrated ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects in
an international context.
Project Management
You will work with the full spectrum of content development: designing digital
patient engagement programs; researching clinical guidelines, academic
studies and best practices; interfacing with and integrating input from leading
clinical experts; synthesizing complex information into content that is fun and
easy to understand; collaborating with our designers to shape the production
process; and working with clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
You are an experienced content researcher and a creative writer and ideally
well versed in graphic design and working with Apple iWork and Google G
Suite products.
Digital Therapy Content Creation
You will ensure that all elements of our digital user experience and user
interface are optimized for engagement, usability, usefulness, and exceptional
visual design. Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing features
that address our users’ needs and help us grow our user base. To be success-
ful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’
UX/UI design experience for digital products or services.
User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) You have the vision and ability to take our motion design to the next level.
You are an expert in dynamic and interactive video and motion design
across platforms (iOS, Android and web) and you understand the interplay
between great motion design and UX/UI. You will apply your creative vision
work on a wide variety of projects such as animation, motion graphics
and 3D. You’re a self-starter, ready to work on your own initiative – and a
fantastic team player.
Motion Design
You ensure our adherence to regulatory/industry standards and in-house
policies and procedures. The goal is to deliver quality service to our custom-
ers and to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it complies with
the relevant standards. You have demonstrated success as a compliance
manager and have knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
BSc/BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer
Science or another quantitative field is necessary.
