During the winter, Iceland’s wondrous Lake
Mývatn disappears beneath a crystal of snow, but
this endless tundra of cold doesn’t stop anglers
from dipping their lines into Mývatn’s silky water.
Grab a pole and stay composed. It takes a mea-
sure of patience to lure a fish from out of the
whiteness. EW
