Cordon Negro
Cordon Negro, the world’s best-selling
sparkling wine, is produced in the
small Catalonian town of Sant Sadurni
D’Anoia, just outside of Barcelona.
Cordon Negro belongs to a group of
wines taking their name from the
many cellars that were carved into the
cliffs in order to cool the wine, back
during the turn of the 20th century.
Today, this type of cooling is still part
of the natural production process.
Cordon Negro is recognisable by its
black bottle, so striking when one is
looking for a good wine.

at the Duty Free Store
in Keflavík International Airport.
