Leó Stefánsson, Contributing Photographer #8 Leó is a
freelance photographer living in Reykjavík. His portfolio includes work
for Diesel, the Observer, Reykjavik International Film Festival, Politiken
and Mojo magazine.
Páll Kjartansson, Color Production #9 Páll has been with
Iceland Review and Atlantica magazines since May 2005. He’s been
working with photography for the past 20 years, most recently at Dikta in
color production and graphic design.
Jonas Moody, Staff Writer #10 Jonas lives and works in
Iceland as a writer and translator. He holds a degree in English from
Yale University and a degree in Icelandic from the University of Iceland.
Currently he is working on a translation of Gunnladarsaga by Svava
Jakobsdóttir.
Eliza Reid, Staff Writer #11 Eliza launched a career in journalism
after several years as a sales and marketing manager in the U.K. and
Iceland. When not writing in the North Atlantic, Eliza enjoys traveling
to distant countries and sampling the local food and drink. She holds a
BA in international relations from the University of Toronto and a master’s
degree in modern history from St. Antony’s College, Oxford University.
Áslaug Snorradóttir, Contributing Photographer #12
Áslaug is a co-founder of Pikknikk, a new space located in Reykjavík’s
harbor featuring food fit for gourmands, Icelandic design and exclusive
photo books. Her latest book, about fish, has won numerous awards,
including Best Design from the Icelandic Designer’s Association.
Páll Stefánsson, Deputy and Photo Editor #13 Páll
has worked as a photographer and photo editor at Iceland Review
and Atlantica magazines for more than 20 years. He is one of 20
photographers around the globe who has been assigned to document
the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. His 15th book, PS, was published
last fall.
Erika Wolfe, Copy Editor and Proofreader. Erika is a
software documentation specialist and tester as well as a freelance content
developer, copy writer and copy editor in corporate communications.
