Here’s how to reapply
Visit your local Human Resources Canada Centre.
Bring proof of identity and work authorization
(documents must be original and valid).
And fill out an application form.
You will keep the same SIN number
but your new card will have an expiry date
that matches the end of your authorized stay in Canada.
There is no cost. You can also apply by mail.
