A Blaze in the Norðanpaunk
Norðanpaunk Festival 2015
Laugarbakki
July 31 - August 2 | 4,000 ISK
Leave your Ensiferum CDs at home, ‘cause the Norðanpaunk
Festival’s Facebook page specifically states, “No Viking Metal”—
but with headliners like Krupskaya, Kuml, and Misþyrming, we
don’t think that you’ll miss them too much. This DIY punk and
metal gathering will satisfy all your Transilvanian Hunger with a full
dosage of carnal brutality. Under a Funeral Moon, you’ll hear the
best of the underground, with acts like the punk rockers Börn and
atmospheric black metal gods Auðn. So put your battle jacket on,
BYOB, and make sure to buy your tickets in advance, ‘cause there
will be none sold at the door. HJC Photo by Foto Wolle
