101 Questions For Women

“Which is more important, to talk or to listen?” “To what ex-
tent is the struggle against the oppression of women tied to
the fight against other oppression?” These are two questions
posed by artist and poet Kristín Svava Tómasdóttir, who has
asked one question for each year since women obtained the
right to vote in Iceland. This thought-provoking installation is
the third in the ‘Konur í Nýló’ (“Women in Nýló”) exhibition se-
ries, and features work by Dorothy Iannone, Freyja Eilíf Loga-
dóttir and more. KR
