Tinna sem í dag er útskrifuð leikkona og meðlimur í Reykjavíkurdætrum
segist hafa verið haldin miklum kvíða, sjálfsefa og óöryggi á yngri árum.
Við Rauðarárstíg reka þær Tinna Sverris­dóttir leikkona og Lára Rúnarsdóttir tónlistarkona griða­st aðinn A ndag if t
súkkulaðisetur þar sem þær bjóða
upp á fjölbreytta tíma í andlegri
iðkun og súkkulaðiserimóníur. Á
morgun hefst námskeið Tinnu, GRL
PWR KAKÓ, sem standa mun í sex
vikur og er ætlað stúlkum á aldr­
inum 15 til 18 ára þar sem áherslan
verður á sjálfstyrkingu og slökun.
Tinna er útskrifuð leikkona úr
Listaháskóla Íslands og starfar einn­
ig sem tónlistarkona og leiklistar­
kennari í Leynileikhúsinu. Hún er
einn stofnenda Reykjavíkurdætra
og hefur starfað mikið með börn­
um og unglingum að sjálfseflingu
undanfarin ár en árið 2013 var hún
kosin bæjarlistamaður Kópavogs
þar sem hún ferðaðist í allar ungl­
ingadeildir í Kópavogi þar sem hún
stóð fyrir námskeiði með áherslu
á sjálfsef lingu í listsköpun. Tinna
stundaði námið Yoga of sound and
chocolate árið 2017 í Gvatemala
og lærði þar tónheilun og hvernig
vinna á með kakóplöntuna í seri­
mónískum tilgangi til að efla slökun
og hugleiðslu.
Með mikinn kvíða og sjálfsefa
Aðspurð út í hugmyndina að nám­
skeiðinu segist Tinna hafa hugsað til
þess hversu gott hún sjálf hefði haft
af slíku námskeiði á sínum yngri
árum. „Ég var haldin miklum kvíða,
sjálfsefa, óöryggi, fullkomnunar­
áráttu og ótta við álit annarra. Ég
vissi raunverulega ekkert hver ég
var eða hvað ég vildi.
Nú nokkrum árum síðar er
áreitið og hraðinn orðinn enn meiri
með öllum samfélagsmiðlunum,
tækninni, kröfunum og útlits­
dýrkuninni svo það er enn brýnni
þörf fyrir að ungar stelpur fái rými
til að slaka á og öðlist gagnleg tól til
þess að efla sjálfsmynd sína og sam­
skipti. Það skiptir mig miklu máli að
fá að vinna með stelpum á þessum
aldri að sjálfsef lingu, sköpun,
systrasamstöðu og deila því sem
hefur gagnast mér.“
Setningin „Stelpur eru stelpum
bestar“ er slagorð námskeiðsins og
segir Tinna ætlunina að finna sam­
stöðu og veita hver annarri stuðn­
ing inn í það sem þátttakendur eru
að kljást við á hverri stundu. „Einnig
er áhersla á einfaldleika og leikgleði
sem áminningu um að taka okkur

hugrekki, sjálfsvirðing, samskipti,
slökun og f leira. Við munum gefa
okkur tíma til að kynnast, læra að
tjá okkur af öryggi, efla sjálfást og
mildi og takast á við óttann okkar.
Einnig munum við skoða drauma
okkar og langanir og læra æfingar
sem hjálpa okkur að finna kjark til
þess að láta drauma okkar rætast.
Skráningin er í fullum gangi en enn
eru örfá pláss eftir svo ég hlakka
mikið til að skapa eftirminnilegar
stundir með þessum f lottu stelp­
um,“ segir Tinna að lokum.
