by Mr. L. Harmsen and Mr. St. Steindórsson. As I have received the
list at a moment when a great part of the present paper was printed,

Pj'cnidiis globosis, gregariis, in macula albida
dispositis, primitus epidermide tectis dein erumpen-
tibus, 64—84 [x diam. Conidiis oblongis, rectis vel
curvulis, ad sepimentis non constrictis, primo 1-sep-
tatis, dein 2-septatis, denique 3-septatis, pallide fuli-
gineis, 20—27,5/r X 3—4fi. In foliis Violæ palustris
ad Reykjadalur. Aug. 1931 (leg. L. Harmsen).
Hendersonia triceptaia Da Camara (Saccardo, Sylloge, Vol. 12, p. 1060),
which occurs on Viola alba, has also conidia with 3 transverse septa, but
the conidia are much shorter (12—15 /u) than in H. Violœ and they are
never curved.
