Historic Cognac
The cognacs Prince Hubert de
Polignac are at the same time
delicate and powerful, bearing a
prestigious name, and avail-
able for the whole range in
elegant bottles: ‘noblesse
oblige’.
The Polignac family dates
back centuries. Some say
the family descended from a
priest of Apollo, a prophet
who was pronouncing ora-
cles on a rock where later the
Polignac fortress was built, in the heart of
France. Fact or family myth aside, one
thing is for certain: Polignac cognacs
have won numerous awards, including
the 1983 ‘Oscar’ for the best packaging
and first prize for quality and prestige in a
competition organised in Norway by the
magazine Aperitif, not to mention the
numerous gold medals awarded to them
by the International Wine & Spirit
Competitions.
The cognacs Prince Hubert de Polignac
are sold in 37 countries, as well as the
Duty Free Shop at Leifur Eiríksson
Terminal, located at Keflavík International
Airport.
