Elton John Aids Foundation and were delighted to present a cheque for £3000 to
David Furnish, who is a member of the Foundation and long-term partner of Elton

This year, the Mid-Atlantic Travel Seminar and Workshop
celebrates its 12th Anniversary with a record number of 500
participants from 13 countries. This is the largest travel semi-
nar held in Iceland and an important part of marketing Iceland
abroad, bringing together American and European suppliers and
buyers in the tourist industry. If you work in the travel busi-
ness, this seminar is your most accessible entry to the boom-
ing markets on both sides of the Atlantic and in Iceland.
This year, it was open to the public for the first time and was a
great success.
