Bend forward slightly. Put both hands
around your right knee and raise it to
your chest. Hold this position for
15 seconds. Switch legs and repeat.
With both heels on the floor, raise your
toes as high as you can, Then put your
toes down and raise your heels.
Wiggle your ankles. Turn your feet slowly
and evenly in circles at your ankles.

Unknot your shoulders by lifting them to

Ear blockage may be experienced during take-off and landing. Yawning or
swallowing usually remedies it.

To maintain the body’s fluid balance, it is important to drink plenty of
water during longer flights. Moderate alcohol, coffee and tea intake for
they have negative effects on the body’s hydration.
You can buy your own bottle of Icelandic water on board.
