A vínarterta bee was held
on Friday, October 25,
at the Scandinavian
Hall in Calgary with 14
participants. A busy day of
rolling out layers, baking,
pruning, and fellowship
resulted in the making of 18
and a half vínarterta cakes.
Thank you to all those to
came out to make cake – thanks
to Marg Finnson, Christine
Stuart-Smith, Gwen Mann,
Nancy Tarr, and Lorie Dobson
for making the dough, to Len
Dobson for manning the ovens
and baking 111 layers.
