Article 7
This Protocol shall be open
for signature by the member
States of the Council of Eu-
rope, signatories to the Con-
vention. It shall be subject to
ratification, acceptance or ap-
proval. A member State of the
Council of Europe may not
ratify, accept or approve this
Protocol unless it has, simul-
taneously or previously, rati-
fied the Convention. Instru-
ments of ratification, accept-
ance or approval shall be de-
posited with the Secretary
General of the Council of Eu-
rope.
Article 8
1. This Protocol shall enter
into force on the first day of
the month following the date
on which five member States
of the Council of Europe
have expressed their consent
to be bound by the Protocol
in accordance with the provi-
sions of Article 7.
2. In respect of any mem-
ber State which subsequently
expresses its consent to be
bound by it, the Protocol
shall enter into force on the
first day of the month follow-
ing the date of the deposit of
the instrument of ratification,
acceptance or approval.
Article 9
The Secretary General of
the Council of Europe shall
notify the member States of
the Council of:

Article 7
Le present Protocole est
ouvert á la signature des Etats

ftcation, acceptation ou ap-
probation. Un Etat membre
du Conseil de l’Europe ne
pourra ratifier, accepter ou
approuver le present Protoco-
le sans avoir simultanement
ou anterieurement ratifie la
Convention. Les instruments
de ratification, d’acceptation
ou d’approbation seront de-
poses pres le Secretaire Gene-
ral du Conseil de l’Europe.
Article 8
1. Le present Protocole en-
trera en vigueur le premier
jour du mois qui suit la date á
laquelle cinq Etats membres
du Conseil de l’Europe au-
ront exprime leur consente-
ment á etre lies par le Proto-
cole conformement aux dis-
positions de l'article 7.
2. Pour tout Etat membre
qui exprimera ulterieurement
son consentement á etre lie
par le Protocole, celui-ci en-
trera en vigueur le premier
jour du mois qui suit la date
du depót de l’instrument de
ratification, d’acceptation ou
d’approbation.
Article 9
Le Secretaire General du
Conseil de l’Europe notifiera
aux Etats membres du
Conseil :

Artikel 7
Denne protokol er áben for
undertegnelse af de af Euro-
parádets medlemsstater, som
har undertegnet konventio-
nen. Den skal ratificeres, ac-
cepteres eller godkendes. En
medlemsstat af Europarádet
má ikke ratificere, acceptere
eller godkende protokollen
medmindre den samtidig eller
tidligere har ratificeret kon-
ventionen. Ratifikations-, ac-
cept- og godkendelsesinstru-
menter deponeres hos Euro-
parádets generalsekretær.
Artikel 8
1. Denne protokol træder i
; kraft den første dag i máne-
den efter den dato, pá hvilken
fem af Europarádets med-
lemsstater har givet deres
samtykke til at være bundet
af protokollen i overensstem-
melse med bestemmelserne i
artikel 7.
2. For enhver medlemsstat,
der efterfølgende giver sit
samtykke til at være bundet
af protokollen, træder den i
kraft den første dag i máne-
den efter datoen for depone-
ringen af ratifikations-, ac-
cept- eller godkendelsesinstru-
mentet.
