The beloved folk-rock animal Mugi-
son released his third solo album last
week, the first one in three years. His
over-excited fans have waited with ex-
treme excitement for the new release,
and the album, entitled ‘Mugiboogie’, is
awesome! (See a review on page 19 in
the Grapevine)
To celebrate the release, Mugison
will tour the countryside this month,
starting with a concert in his home-
town of Ísafjörður on November 6.
Town Akureyri (Nov 6), the Westmann
Islands (Nov 9) and Hafnarfjörður (Nov
10) will follow before Reykjavíkians get
to partake in the celebration. On Sun-
day, November 11, Mugison, along with
his magnificent band, will finally throw
a release party at NASA. Prepare for a
mind-blowing event. For more info see:
