We are looking for both dynamic sales-oriented Travel
Consultant/Project manager and candidates with strong
organizations skills and huge attention to details for
Bookings/Operation. We work with high net worth
clientele, so experience in the luxury sector would be
of an advantage. Both positions require exceptional
customer service skills and will to go beyond the call of duty
to ensure the best customer experience.
Project manager – Travel Consultant:
Creating bespoke travel experiences for our valued guests,
travelling to Iceland or the rest of Scandinavia. Looking
after current business relationships around the world and
building new. Attending travel venues on behalf of the
company.
Bookings / Operation:
Responsible for booking and delivering the services and
experiences up to standards of Nordic Luxury. Preparing
all travel documents, invoices and other amenities.
Skills required for both positions:
• Passionate about travel and quality service
• Very good communication skills
• Very good computer skills
• Able to work under pressure and multi task
• Good initiative and flexibility
• High level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge about Iceland as a travel
destination*
• Fluent written and spoken English essential*
• Ability to work independently
• Good team player
*Other language skills and knowledge about other
Scandinavian countries are of an advantage.
