STÓRUM STÖFUM á ensku. Eyðublaðið
er tvískipt. Gjörið svo vel að fylla út bæði
komuskráningu, liði 1 til 13 og brott-
fararskráningu, liði 14 til 17. Liður 7. Ef þér
komið til Bandaríkjanna landleiðis, ritið
LAND í þessa eyðu. Ef þér komið til
Bandaríkjanna með skipi, ritið SEA í þessa
eyðu. Eyðublaðinu á að framvísa við
útlendingaeftirlit við komu til U.S.A.

parts. Please complete both Arrival
Record (Items 1 to 13) and the
Departure Record (Items 14 to 17).
When all items are completed, pre-
sent this form to the U.S.

Service Inspector. Item 7. If you are
entering the United States by land,
enter LAND in this space. If you are
entering the United States by ship,

Naturalization Service Inspector.
Punkt 7. Om Ni kommer landvägen
till USA, skriv LAND. Om Ni kom-
mer till USA med båt, skriv SEA.

zurückkehrenden Einwohnern mit
ständiger Aufenthaltsgenehmigung,

zu Besuch oder auf der Durchreise
sind - müssen dieses Formular voll-
ständig ausfüllen. Benutzen Sie eine
Schreibmaschine oder schreiben Sie
deutlich in DRUCKSCHRIFT mit
Kugelschreiber oder Füller auf
Englisch. Schreiben Sie nicht auf die
Rückseite. Dieses Formular besteht
aus zwei Teilen. Bitte füllen Sie die
Einreise-Angaben (Punkte 1 bis 13)
und die Ausreise-Angaben (Punkte
14 bis 17) aus. Übergeben sie das
vollständig ausgefüllte Formular
einem Beamten der
Einwanderungsbehörde. Zu Punkt 7.
Wenn Sie auf dem Landweg ein-
reisen, schreiben Sie "LAND" an
diese Stelle.Wenn Sie auf dem
Seeweg einreisen, schreiben Sie
"SEA" an diese Stelle.

Tapez ou imprimez lisiblement avec
stylo, en majuscules, et en anglais.
Ne rien écrire au verso. – Ce for-
mulaire est composé de deux sec-
tions. Prière de compléter tant le
régistre d'arrivée (article 1 à 13)
que le régistre de départ (article 14
à 17). – Après avoir complété ce
formulaire, présentez le à l'in-
specteur de l'Immigration et de la
Naturalisation des E.U.Article 7. Si
vous entrez aux Etats-Unis par voie
de terre, indiquez "LAND" dans cet
espace. Si vous entrez aux Etats-
Unis par voie de mer, indiquez
"SEA" dans cet espace.
