ARTICLE 10
Article 41 of the Convention
shall read as follows:
“The Court shall elect its
President and one or two Vice-
Presidents for a period of three
years. They may be re-elected.”
ARTICLE 11
In the first sentence of Ar-
ticle 43 of the Convention, the
word “seven” shall be replaced
by the word “nine”.
ARTICLE 12
1. This Protocol shall be
open for signature by member
States of the Council of Europe
signatories to the Convention,
which may express their con-
sent to be bound by:
a. signature without reserva-
tion as to ratification, accept-
ance or approval, or
b. signature subject to ratifi-
cation, acceptance or approval,
followed by ratification, ac-
ceptance or approval.
2. Instruments of ratification,
acceptance or approval shall be
deposited with the Secretary
General of the Council of Eu-
rope.
ARTICLE 13
This Protocol shall enter into
force on the first day of the
month following the expiration
of a period of three months
after the date on which all Par-
ties to the Convention have ex-
pressed their consent to be
bound by the Protocol in ac-

ARTICLE 10
L’article 41 de la Convention
se lit comme suit:

ARTICLE 11
A la premiere phrase de l’ar-
ticle 43 de la Convention, le
mot «sept» est remplace par le
mot «neuf».
ARTICLE 12
1. Le present Protocole est
ouvert á la signature des Etats
membres du Conseil de
l’Europe signataires de la
Convention, qui peuvent expri-
mer leur consentement á etre
lies par:
a. signature sans reserve de
ratification, d’acceptation ou
d’approbation, ou
b. signature sous reserve de
ratification, d’acceptation ou
d’approbation, suivie de ratifi-
cation, d’acceptation ou d’ap-
probation.
2. Les instruments de ratifi-
cation, d’acceptation ou d’ap-
probation seront deposes pres
le Secretaire General du
Conseil de l’Europe.
ARTICLE 13
Le present Protocole entrera
en vigueur le premier jour du
mois qui suit l’expiration d’une
periode de trois mois apres la
date á laquelie toutes les Par-
ties á la Convention auront ex-
prime leur consentement á etre

ARTIKEL 10
Konventionens artikel 41
skal have følgende ordlyd:
»Domstolen vælger sin præ-
sident og en eller to vicepræsi-
denter for et tidsrum af tre ár.
De kan genvælges.«
ARTIKEL 11
I konventionens artikel 43,
første sætning, skal tallet »7«
erstattes af tallet »9«.
ARTIKEL 12
1. Nærværende protokol er
áben for undertegnelse af de af
Europarádets medlemsstater,
der har undertegnet konventio-
nen; de kan give deres samtyk-
ke til at være bundet i form af:
a. undertegnelse uden forbe-
hold af ratifikation, accept eller
godkendelse, eller
b. undertegnelse med forbe-
hold af ratifikation, accept eller
godkendelse efterfulgt af ratifi-
kation, accept eller godkendel-
se.
2. Ratifikations-, accept- el-
ler godkendelsesinstrumenter
skal deponeres hos Europará-
dets generalsekretær.
ARTIKEL 13
Denne protokol træder i
kraft pá førstedagen i den má-
ned, der følger efter udløbet af
et tidsrum pá tre máneder efter
den dato, hvor alle konven-
tionsparter har givet deres sam-
tykke til at blive bundet af pro-
tokollen i overensstemmelse
