Describe your style in five words:
My friend once described me as “a genius
at getting ready in a short amount of time.” I
could be wearing pyjamas and in 30 minutes
be full glam. But I like trying different things
with my style, mixing this and that together.
Favourite stores in Reykajvík:
I love AndreA by AndreA. That’s probably my fa-
vourite. I also love COS and Monki. Hildur Yeoman
is beautiful, too.
Favourite piece:
A shirt my Grandmother gave me when I was
18-years-old. She had it herself and it’s really
cosy. It’s pink and really comfy and I like that she
used to wear it—old, but a classic.
Something I would never wear:
Army clothes. It’s not me.
Lusting after:
A silver jacket.
Funny fashion story:
I actually got my pageant gown just the day
before the event and tried it on for the first time
at the pageant. I’m very tall so there had to be
adjustments—my Mom actually did them. She
was awake the whole night sewing it for me!
The funny thing is that Sunneva, who won the
same title last year, also tried on her dress for
the first time on the same day of the show, as
well. There must be something with this title. I
was so glad it fit!
