The legendary Danish DJ Trentemöller
will return yet again to Iceland on July
18 and jog some discs at the notorious
venue Tunglið. This version of Tunglið
actually isn’t as notorious as the old
Tnglið was, and some say it isn’t Tunglið
at all but you know, the same guy ope-
rates it. Kasper Björke will accommo-
date Trentemöller but he has recently
won over most of Icelandic dance gurus
with his hit ‘Back and Spine’ which he
created with Icelandic All-star band FM
Belfast. The ticket is a bit pricey or 2,500
ISK but we’re sure it’s worth it. Tickets

her own art-works in solo and group

Hlíf runs GalleriBOX in Akureyri and is

gathering at Reykjavik’s most popular

experimental but a sound sculpture

to begin with, then the young perfor-
mer Gunnar Jónsson will launch the
live show. Later that night classic acts
such as Morðingjarnir and Viðurstyg-
