In months other than the peak months of July through September, military men can pay $167 for a round-trip ticket. (No one-way tickets are sold to servicemen) For dependents, the one-way fare will be $84 and $168 for round- trip tickets. Dependent children between two and 12 pay half the mother's fare and ten-percent if they are under two. During the peak season, mili- tary personnel pay $227for round- trips. Wives pay $114. Fares for children remain the same per- centage rates. Births Eight more births have been recorded at the NATO base dispen- sary within the past month. Harris re- ceived the Air Force Commendation Medal and his second Oak Leaf Cluster for outstanding achieve- ments with the 57th FIS. • SMSgt. Jerry M. Hickey re- ceived the Joint Service Commen- dation Medal for service with USAF Test Command, Defense Atomic Support Agency, Sandia Base, Al- buquerque, New Mexico, during the period January 1966 to February 1970. • NSGA's CTR1 Larry L.
