Project Manager
If you are a focused multitasker with excellent communication skills then this might be something for you.
As a technical project manager, you are the connection between the Meniga integration team and our customers,
creating project plans, following up on technical issues and managing the team’s pipeline priorities.
A PM needs to have the following qualities:
• 3 - 10 years experience of leading large-scale IT projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Superior organisational and communication skills
• Has in-depth competence and understanding working with several project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership qualities, ability to lead teams across multiple locations
• Has a good understanding of complex organisations, can work well with people, understands all aspects of
a project and the organisational structures of large organizations.
Database Administrator
If you're looking for a role that combines your passion for databases with your problem-solving and communication
skills then look no further.
We're looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) or developer with DevOps interests to join
our team supporting Meniga's continuing growth and technical expansion.
A DBA needs to have the following qualities:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server internals
• Know the ins and outs of database administration and operations (setup, tuning, data protection, high
availability etc.)
• Be seasoned in developing and tuning data models and queries
• Be experienced with database deployments and delivery
• Have strong scripting skills and be willing to assist with DevOps and automation
• Have the confidence to challenge colleagues and co-workers
• Hold a degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
Quality Assurance Engineers
If you are enthusiastic individual and experienced software tester with a passion for quality to take our quality
assurance processes to the next level we are looking for you.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) you will be instrumental in helping to deliver outstanding software products
for the company’s banking customers. You will be responsible for creating
test plans, writing test cases and executing them for both automatic and manual tests.
A QA needs to have the following qualities:
• Hands-on experience creating automated tests
• Be organized and disciplined
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• 3 years’ experience of software development, software testing and/or quality assurance
• Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
Software Engineers
If you are a hardworking, experienced developer that enjoys writing beautiful code in a dynamic environment we
have the right opportunity for you.
We’re looking for experienced software engineers to take a lead role in core development and customer integration
projects.
As a core developer, you will serve as a key contributor to the development of our world class online banking
solutions. Integration developers are instrumental in programming customer integration extensions and often
follow the implementation through with customer workshops and setup support on location.
A Software Engineer needs to have the following qualities:
• Excellent working knowledge of C#, MS SQL Server and MQ/File loading
• 3 years’ experience of software development
• Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
