CELEBRATED CHEF RETURNS TO
HÓTEL RANGÁ
Celebrated Swedish chef Mikael Fredricksson
returns for a second time to Hótel Rangá this
summer. The 27-year-old Mikki, as he likes to
be called, is excited about the challenges of
working in a new country. “It’s always educa-
tional and fun to work at new place with new
people and a new menu.”
For the busy summer season, Hótel Rangá is
offering an a la carte menu and a special four-
course set menu, ideal for groups.
Björn Eriksson, Manager of Hótel Rangá, said,
“Mikael has worked at some of the best res-
taurants in Stockholm and it is a great asset
for us at Hótel Rangá. We hope that as many
Icelanders as possible get to enjoy his food.”
