Annual lcelandic Service and Christmas Party
On December 8th, the An-
nual Icelandic Service and the
Frón Christmas party were held
at the First Lutheran Church on
Victor Street in Winnipeg. Pas-
tor Ingþór Isfeld conducted the
service, Harpa Isfeld sang a solo
and Thelma Wilson played the
piano.
Four sturdy Icelandic
jólasveinar entertained the chil-
dren at the Christmas party, and
everyone danced around the
Christmas tree to music provided
by Guðmundur Pálmason and
his son ívar Torfi on accordion,
and Lee Brandson on guitar.
