Christmas Greetings
The enterprising editor of this excellent Christmas magazine
for the Forces has kindly given me the opportunity of wishing
all readers and their families a Happy Christmas and Best Wishes
for Victory in 1941. May I extend Christmas Greetings to all
democracy-loving Icelanders, with whom as Christians we have,
especially at Christmas tide, a consecrated bond.
The more one knows of Iceland the more interesting is one's
stay here, and this magazine helps much in this way, and will
act as a treasured souvenir. I am sure that it will be appreciated
at home as in Iceland.
