Dm Em t Halifax Visits Wallace New "Irísh” Coach Lord Halifax (left), British ambassador to the U. S., chats with Vice President Henry A. Wallace, in the latter’s Washington office. Halifax pleads that there be no interruption of aid to Britain, but deelares Britain can foresee no need for help of U. S. troops.
