Business Development You will play a leading role in driving revenue growth, working with leading global pharmaceutical and insurance companies. You have meaningful business development experience, ideally within B2B and healthcare, and are comfortable in communicating with senior level decision makers. Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Project Delivery You will work closely with international customers and their internal teams to implement our digital platform for specific treatment areas across geographies. You have a demonstrated ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects in an international context. Our ideal candidate will have: • Strong interpersonal skills and solid analytical and problem-solving acumen. • A strong ability to take initiative and be able to hit the ground running under pressure. • An international perspective and outstanding written and verbal grasp of English. Digital Therapy Content Creation You are an experienced content researcher and a creative writer, able to work across the spectrum of content development – designing digital patient engagement programs, researching clinical guidelines, academic studies and best practices and integrating input from leading international clinical experts. Our ideal candidate is: • An experienced content researcher and a creative writer. • A disciplined project manager, with a track record of delivering engaging content. • Experienced in managing relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant third parties. • Exceptional English writing and verbal skills are a must. Quality Assurance We are looking for a Quality Assurance manager expert to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product and our service meet the established standards of quality. You will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also fosters a culture of excellence. Our ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. • Working knowledge of test management software. • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. UX Design You will ensure that all elements of our digital user experience and user interface are optimized for engagement, usability and usefulness. Ultimately, based on user testing and monitoring, you will guide the creation of both functional and appealing features that address our users’ needs and help us grow our user base and clinical impact. Our ideal candidate will have: • Design experience for digital products or services. • Experience in using data-driven design and utilizing user testing for design decisions. • Experience in creating and implementing user tracking strategy to gain valuable insights. • Experience with user analytics software. • A team player, but confident to work independently. Motion Design You have the vision and ability to take our motion design to the next level. You are an expert in dynamic and interactive video and motion design across platforms (iOS, Android and web) and you understand the interplay between great motion design and UX/UI. You will apply your creative vision work on a wide variety of projects such as animation and motion graphics. You’re a self-starter, ready to work on your own initiative – and a fantastic team player. Our ideal candidate will have: • Professional work experience in animation, motion graphics, and graphical design. • A strong understanding of animation and motion principles and their application to UX/UI. • Mastery of motion graphics and animation. Skilled in After E•ects, Premiere Pro, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote and other design tools. • Experience working with 3D design tools such as Blender is a plus as well as the ability to create Lottie files (.json animation) with After E•ects or similar programs. • Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique.
