Well, look no further than Seductive Saltfish and Cod Cuisine, a book just out in
English, containing 70 mouth-watering recipes taken from across the world: Angola,
North America, South America, the Basque area, the Cape Verde Islands, Jamaica and
many others in between.
While the various recipes come from around the world, they are presented by 44 different
Icelandic cooks and Icelandic restaurants, such as Apótekid, Einar Ben, and Thrír Frakkar.
Seductive Saltfish and Cod Cuisine won an award from the Association of Icelandic
Graphic Designers for the best book cover/book design. And with large colour pho-
tographs of all the dishes, as well as photos of the cooks and the people enjoying the culi-
