IT’S A WINNER
The salmon from Icefood has received numerous important awards and
recognitions. Among them is the highest possible score in The Annual
Judging of Smoked and Pickled Fish Products, which takes place annually at
the ‘Awards of America’. The results of these awards are awaited in antici-
pation amongst gourmets in the States, and therefore receiving this stamp
of quality on our salmon products is a great honour for Icefood. Our salmon
also received the highest possible score in both the smoked salmon and the
outstanding fish categories at the EPPA Taste Show and Exhibition, and,
finally, it also received the highest score in a test organised by ABC network
in which many of the most respected gourmets in the USA took part.
