Grettir L. Johannson
Grettir L. Johannson, consul of Ice-
land in Winnipeg, was elected pres-
ident at the annual meeting in Septem-
ber of the North American Publish-
ing Company Limited, publishers of
Logberg-Heimskringla, the only Ice-
landic-language weekly newspaper
published in the Western Hemisphere.
Rev. Philip M. Petursson is past pres-
ident, Grettir Eggertson vice-president,
S. Aleck Thorarinson secretary, K. W.
Johannson treasurer and Oskar Hjor-
leifson auditor. Mrs. Ingibjorg Jonsson
is editor of Logberg-Heimskringla.
