General Managers
To oversee activities with regard to sourcing raw materials, processing high
quality products, financial controls, purchasing, employee relations,
production control and product warehousing in a modern processing
environment.
Production Managers
To direct the daily production of various species of ground fish and pelagics
which are processed for sale as fresh, frozen, barrelled and salted fish. The
responsibilities for this position are to ensure efficiency and high quality
standards while maintaining a stable work force within specified training
and safety programmes.
