squamulose at the disc, fibrillose-rimose towards the edge, deep ochre in the middle,
paler yellowish in the outer half. Stipe 2—3 cm X 2—2.5 mm, base slightly swelled,
minutely velutino-pruinate and striolate, flushed with the colour of the cap.
Spores oval-ellipsoid, 8.5—9.5 X 5 /f. Cystidia on edge of gills ventricose bottle-
shaped, with a comparatively long neck, 70 X 15 JU ; paracystidia obovate clavate,

Cap c. 1.5 cm, somewhat conic, becoming convex, with a rather acute umbo,
light cigar-brown, minutely white tomentose-fibrillose and at last very slightly rimose
at the edge. Stipe 2—4 cm X 2 mm, pallid, then flushed with the colour of the
cap, base slightly clavate with white fibrillose coating. Gills almost free, tapering
towards the stipe, pallid, then dingy cinnamon, edge somewhat flocculose.
Spores obliquely ovate, 7—8 X 4.5—6 JU- Cystidia obtusely bottle-shaped, about
44 X 14 M, somewhat crested.
