Cap 3—7 cm, campanulate-c.onical, somewhat umbonate when expanding, fibril-
lose and at last somewhat rimose, fulvous ochre or subferruginous, the cuticle of
the central part of a deeper colour than the rest and breaking up into adpressed
scales. Stipe cylindric, 3—7 cm X 5—10 mm, fibrillose-striate, pale, gradually be-
coming flushed with yellowish brown.
Spores obliquely ovate subphaseoliform, 9—10 X 5—6.4 //. Cystidia somewhat
inflated club-shaped.

Cap 1.3—2.5 cm, conic convex, then expanded and umbonate, ivory-white, be-
coming straw-yellowish or very pale ochre, silky, then fibrillose and subrimose. Stipe
thin, often somewhat wavy, 3—4 cm X 2—3 mm, white, at last slightly yellowish,
minutely powdered, base slightly incrassate or somewhat bulbous.
Spores wavy nodulose, 8.5—9 X 5—6 //, outline with 5—6 somewhat prominent,

Cap 3^2—5 cm broad, expanded, obtusely umbonate, bay-brown or chestnut,
distinctly rimose % in (subcuticular tissue white). Stipe 5—6 cm X 5—7 mm, with
a distinctly marginate basal bulb, minutely striate and velvety-pruinate, whitish, be-
coming more or less tinged with the colour of the cap, from base up. Gills pallid
when young.
Spores stellate, 9—12 X 7.5—9 //, outline with 5—8 very prominent, obtusely
