Mrs. Dorothy Solveig Partridge
1896 — 1964
On May 29, 1964, at the Selkirk
General Hospital, Mrs. Dorothy
Solveig Partridge, aged 67 years,
dearly beloved wife of Ted S. E.
Partridge of Selkirk, Manitoba.
Born in Selkirk, Manitoba, Mrs.
Partridge had resided there all her
life. She attended Manitoba Agri-
culture College (Home Economics)
for two years.
In 1921 she graduated as a nurse
from the Selkirk General Hospital
and followed this profession until
her marriage in October, 1922.
Mrs. Partridge is survived by her
husband and two sons, Edmund
and Martin, five grandchildren and
a sister, Mrs. Thora Oliver, all of
Selkirk, Manitoba.
Funeral services were held in the Selkirk Lutheran Church of
which Mrs. Partridge was a lifelong member, Rev. W. Bergman
officiating.
Mrs. Partridge was a good friend and neighbor, always willing
to lend a helping hand to those who were in need.
