the Congress Secretariat.
On receipt of this form and the corresponding fee(s), the delegate will be
formally registered. A letter of confirmation will be sent to you by the
Congress Secretariat.

Payment must be remitted in Dutch Guilders, net of all bank charges.
Please state your name and address clearly on all transfers.
Note that after April 15,1987, registration fees are considerably higher.
Cancellation and refund
Written or cabled cancellations and/or changes should be addressed to
the Congress Secretariat. For cancellations received before April 15,
1987, 75% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations received between April 15, 1987 and June 15, 1987,
there will be a refund of 50%. After June 15, 1987, no refund will be
made.
Changes
Please consider carefully your choice for the excursions, since there are
no changes possible after you have sent us your registration form.
Day registration
A day registration is possible for delegates who wish to attend the con-
gress for only one day.
Day registrations will only be booked during the Congress.
