Eins og sést á hlutfallayíirliti þessu,
hafa tekjur landssímans vaxið þetta
jafnl og þétt á hverju ári þar til ó-
friðurinn mikli byrjar, þá þjóta þær
upp óðfluga, og halda enn áfram í

engin ástæða til að óttast, að þær
muni minka eða standa í slað eflir
stríðið, það er þverl á móti margt
sem mælir með því, að þær rnuni

ég í engum efa um að svo verði.
Tekjur landssímans voru alls 1907
kr. 46,000, en 1915 kr. 291,000; þær
liafa með öðrum orðum rúmlega sex-
faldast á þessum tíma og má það
all-golt kallast.
