bonus system installed as a result o£
these studies which lead to a 25—28%

Reviewing brieíly the history of

Norway, the author goes on to explain
the importance oí carrying out Work

New Freezing Technique pp. 63—64
A brief description of a new freezing
method being tried out in the U.S.A.
Packaged food, stored in special in-
sulated aluminium containers, are
sprayed with liquid nitrogen which
boils off at -f- 196°C and therefore
results in ultra fast freezing. The very
deep frozen foods can be stored for
many weeks, in these containers, out-
side in warm weather without thaw-
ing and thus transported as ordinary
freight directly to the consumers
location.
Also a brief description of new
small automatic equipment for cooling
and freezing precooked foods in 5
minutes by means of spraying and
immerging in liquid nitrogen.
