stroma without follicles with changes completely as in Turner’s syndrome.
The testicular elements had features in common with Klinefelter’s synd-
rome. The tubules were completely hyalinized containing Sertoli cells only.
Spermatogenic elements were not observed. The Leydig cells were nume-
rous and often found in small adenomas. Case II was reported by Zacha-
riae in 1955.

Kynskromatinkanningin og kromosomsundurgreiningin verða handfarnar
í stuttum í sambandi við kynsbúningina unđir rættvorðnum og kendum
órættvorðnum umstoðum. Sagt verður frá tveimum sonnum tvíkynjingum.
Kromosomsundurgreiningin vísti hjá báðum rættvorðna kvennkynssaman-
seting. Sjóneykukanning av eggrótareistanum (ovotestis), ið tikið var úr
tilburði I, bar til sjóndar eina eggrótarvond við ongum eggbollum og við
broytingum heilt líkum teimum, ið eru at finna við Turner’s syndrom.
Eistnapartamir hovdu drog felags við Klinefelter’s syndrom. Tubuli vóru
heilt hyaliniseraðir, og í teimum vóru einans Sertoli kyknur. Eingir sáð-
skapandi kyknulutir vóru at síggja. Leydig kyknur vóru í hópatali og
ofta at finna í smáknyklum. Tilburði II hevur Zachariae greitt frá í 1955.
