Youth Report: lcelandic Canadian Club of Toronto The Scholarship Committee of the ICCT has awarded the 1991 Scholarship of $500.00 to Robert Swanson based on his academic standing, leadership qualities, and community involvement. Robert is in his first year of studies at McGill University in an environmental biology major. Cooking Classes There’s plenty of interest in cooking classes. However, we need teachers! If you know Icelandic cook- ing (such as vínarterta, pönnukökur, mysuostur, rúllupylsa), please help teach us! Language classes There’s also lots of interest in lan- guage classes. We’re still planning the classes, but hope to have something to offer soon.
