its global marketing team.
MARCOM PROJECT MANAGER
Össur is looking for a Global Campaign Manager to lead its internal Branding & Creative Agency. The
Global Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and implementing creative communication
concepts for new product launches and global campaigns. The Global Campaign Manager leads the
creative agency team in Iceland and oversees creative concepts from start to completion.
Össur is looking for a Marketing Communication (MarCom) Project Manager to work within its
internal Branding & Creative Agency for a period of one year. The MarCom Project Manager will be
responsible for managing and executing diverse marketing communication projects, be a team lead
where required, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate is required to:
• Be a creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Act as a key go-to-person and ensure global marcom alignment.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and successful execution of projects.
• Have a proven track record planning creative projects and leading creative resources.
• Be a team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional
departments.
• Have strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• 7+ years experience in a creative role and 3+ years experience managing a team
• Have a relevant university degree and be fluent in English
The successful candidate is required to:
• Have strong leadership qualities and project management experience.
• Have knowledge of the creative development and marketing material production
process.
• Demonstrate event management skills.
• Process a high level of attention to detail.
• Be a team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional
departments.
• Have strong presentation and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working globally or within a global organization.
• Have a relevant university degree and be fluent in English
