• On-boarding of new customers
• Project management in large scale deployment
projects
• Customer relationship management for certain
key accounts
• Making sure our customers are getting the most
out of our product and services
• Reporting on key metrics defined within
Customer Success
• Strategic planning for Customer
Success initiatives
Requirements:
• Exceptional professional communication skills
• Data-driven and business-oriented mindset,
focused on results
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in account/customer success
management is a plus
• At least 3 years experience in the tech
industry is a plus
• Can-do attitude
• Fluency in English
• University degree that is applicable to this
assignment
